No one taught me. However, I had always had it in my head as an ambition to play. I intentionally focus my attention on hearing and closely watching drummers since I could remember at 5 years old. I finally learned music in junior college. I began playing Timpani. Today 47- years later I am able to perform professionally all the styles I enjoy- Jazz, big band, small group; Symphonic; Latin; International; cover and original. I am extremely Blessed in this world playing the drums and Music!
