Application Updates Regarding Group Memberships and Grace Periods as they would impact Door Access Control entry.
The settings of your facility now support the following features:
- Set Bill Grace Period (Days)
- This feature allows you to determine how many days in the past a bill date will be considered overdue or failed, triggering appropriate actions. The default value is one.
- Set Bill Amount Threshold
- You can now establish the minimum amount required for a bill to be considered overdue or failed, influencing the consequences triggered. The default value is zero.
- Group Memberships Reference Primary Group Member’s Bills:
- This setting controls whether the bills of the Primary Group Member are used to assess whether the current group member has overdue or failed bills, affecting consequences. The default value is disabled. Enabling these settings, while beneficial for regular group membership usage, requires additional computational resources for each access log entry.
These settings will streamline your facilities operations, allowing you to tune your access control system to your specific environment. They were implemented pursuant to client requests, and reflect the overarching necessities of facility management. Therefore, this update reflects RhinoFit’s commitment to customer and industry requirements.
