The member should be offered nutritional products, personal training, and class-based instruction, thus, contributing more revenue and a higher profitability per member in your gym.
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS. Relationships built with your clients will lead to retention. It is a lot easier to keep the clients you have as opposed to getting some off the street. Sending a birthday email or simply congratulating them on achieving a benchmark goal can go a long way in relationship building.
